Dodie Londen Excellence in Public Service Series
The Dodie Londen Excellence in Public Service Series is a prestigious leadership program designed to train, mentor, and inspire conservative women across Arizona to become effective leaders in government, business, and their communities. Founded in honor of Dodie Londen—an influential advocate for women’s involvement in public policy—the program equips participants with the tools, connections, and confidence to make a lasting impact.
Each year, a select group of women are chosen to participate in a year-long series of trainings that include leadership development, public speaking, media relations, campaign strategy, policy education, and hands-on experience with Arizona’s political process. The program culminates in a trip to Washington, D.C., where participants engage with national leaders, explore the inner workings of Congress, and strengthen their network of women committed to service and leadership.

My Dodie Londen Journey
Being selected for the Dodie Londen Excellence in Public Service Series was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. When I began the program, I was already passionate about community service and helping others—but Dodie gave me the structure, confidence, and mentorship to take that passion to the next level.
Throughout the program, I met incredible women from across Arizona who shared the same heart for faith, family, and freedom. Together, we learned what it truly means to serve with integrity, courage, and purpose. One of the highlights for me was our trip to Washington, D.C.—standing in the very places where history was made, meeting our elected leaders, and realizing how much impact one person can have when guided by conviction and service.
The Dodie Londen program helped shape the leader I am today. It deepened my understanding of public service, strengthened my belief in empowering others—especially women—and inspired me to step forward as a voice for my community. I will always be proud to be part of the Dodie Londen sisterhood.
